The Brother P-Touch PT-9700PC is a complete on-demand, laminating, label-printing
solution that comes with a desktop bar code and label printer, label design and print
software and a full-length HG tape - all this for the price of just the printer! This
small-footprint printer uses HGe tape and prints up to 3.1 ips, premium quality
laminated labels at 360 dpi print resolution and features a built-in automatic cutter
that trims a continuous "tape" to virtually any length, one at a time or as a strip of
precut labels. Brother laminated labels can withstand abrasion, fading, extreme
temperatures, chemicals and moisture.
Six label sizes: 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 18 mm, 24 mm and 36 mm. Uses high-quality

Standard laminated tapes stick to virtually any surface and are durable enough to
withstand scrapes and abrasions. These water-resistant labels shrug off spills from
water, oil or chemicals, won't fade under harsh UV rays and they stay on through hot
and cold environments. Extra-strength adhesive tapes are designed for sticking to
plastics and textured surfaces. The tamper-evident tapes reveal a permanent
checkerboard pattern if removed for security applications. Use it for labels that must
not be peeled off.
Flexible ID tapes feature a special adhesive designed to stick to itself or to the
laminate. Designed for use in industrial applications on cylindrical surfaces such as
cables, PVC piping, wire wrapping and flagging.
